Together in this class you will learn actionable tools, gentle skills and poses to aid with the stressors of everyday life. In this practice we will learn how to move our bodies to aid with- anxiety, increased sensitivity, helplessness/hopelessness, irritability, withdrawal, disorientation and body tension- in order to positively elevate your life experience.
Come with an open heart, comfortable clothing and a yoga mat or blanket to sit on.
