Formed by musicians from different backgrounds who converge in traditional and rooted music, with the desire to experiment and evoke the cultural heritage of ancient al-Andalus and its reflection in the sound of present-day Andalusia, the Maghreb and the Near East. Inspired by this Andalusian heritage and by traditional ballads, the group offers a creative and original vision of a repertoire that mixes the eastern and western influences of the Mediterranean with the spirit of traditional flamenco and Andalusian rock.
