Jouyssance returns to the Muckenthaler Cultural Center with a concert exploring the eclectic a capella choral music of Spain and Portugal. Hear sumptuous works by composers Cardoso, Victoria, Morales, Fernandes, Encina, and more, performed by Los Angeles' long-running chorus specializing in music of the Medieval and Renaissance periods.  Much of this music is rarely performed or recorded, and Jouyssance is thrilled to share these masterworks with our Muckenthaler audience in preparation for the ensemble's third CD recording project: Cantiga: An Early Music Journey Through Iberia.
