Adult Ceramics

Handbuilding and wheel-throwing classes for beginner and experienced adult students, focusing on the techniques and artistic traditions of Korean Buncheong ceramics while introducing a variety of additional ceramic techniques.

Stop letting your camera make all the creative decisions for you! This 6-week foundational course is designed specifically for beginners who want to unlock the full potential of their DSLR or mirrorless cameras. You will learn the core mechanics of photography—how to balance Shutter Speed, F-Stop, and ISO—to confidently control exposure, focus, and motion. Through practical weekly shooting assignments, basic editing overviews, and supportive group critiques, you will move from shooting on "Auto" to intentionally crafting beautiful, sharp, and well-composed images.

Lights, Shadows, and Reflections: Introduction to Digital Photography with Emerson Little

Whether you have no experience or are looking to broaden your technical skills with the camera, this class is a great way to start your journey into digital photography! Learn foundational techniques, including exposure basics, and fine art conceptual and experimental photo practices, as well as post-production editing methods in your computer’s digital darkroom. At the end of this class, you will walk away with fine art photographic prints to share with family and friends. A digital camera is required for this course.
