Steve Noonan

"I've known Steve Noonan and Greg Copeland pretty much all my life - Probably the two most influential People - musically - in my life. What I learned about writing and singing - I first learned from them."...Jackson Browne

Greg Copeland started writing songs in high school (1964 SHHS) w/ his friend Steve Noonan. They later scored a HIT w/ BuyForMeTheRain - recorded by the NittyGrittyDirtBand. Greg went on to record an LP (1982) Produced By Jackson Browne and more recently a CD (2008) featuring both the Playing and Production skills of Greg Leisz.

Steve and Greg's Music has been played around the world for 50 Years and they both have garnered reviews for their LPs (“Steve Noonan” 1968, Greg's "Revenge Will Come" 1982) and CDs (Steve's "Bringin' it Back Home" 2008 & "Starting Place" 2014 - Greg's "Diana & James 2005)

“Steve Noonan's music tells stories like Woody Guthrie, Phil Ochs, Tim Hardin or Bob Dylan.."
ROCKTIMES Germany

“Greg Copeland writes with a literary voice somewhere between David Lynch and Cormac McCarthy (with a coy, Henry James-ish “dear reader” tossed in)”
