We are proud to bring to our community programs that bring adults back to the joy of learning. Our classes for adults cover a wide range of arts, from Native American Ceramics, Metal Journaling and Mosaics to Jewelry Making, Fused Glass, Garden Sculpture, and so much more.


Punchong Style Ceramics

Learn traditional Korean style ceramics by Master Instructor Young Shin Kim. Enroll now to create works with both Punchong style techniques and modern influences of today. You will create unique ceramic art that will be both utilitarian and attractive and a great gift for someone special.

Native American Ceramics

Learn traditional techniques of Native American Ceramics handed down from generations of clay artists: the art of hand-building and decorating in both modern and traditional techniques using earthenware clay bodies. Mr. Harrison will also lecture on current events of the Native American Art, which give information on exhibits and craft shows throughout southern California and New Mexico.

Basic and Advanced Pottery

Having strong influences from both Japan and the western world, Willie Tabata’s class emphasizes functional pieces for day to day use. Students will have the opportunity to use both low fire clay bodies and high fire. Class size is limited. Enroll now to secure a pottery wheel.

Craft Movement

Learn to combine copper enameling, felting and weaving techniques to create unique and original art works. Projects are designed to expose students to artistic design and to give experience with different artistic methods, techniques, tools, and materials.

Painting and Design

Learn all the essentials in painting and design and explore the process of trompe l’oeil with Anthony Trasport, master painter and local artist. Class size will be limited to maximize one to one teaching and emphasize original works of art for each student.

Metal Works
