We present this day-long conference on the fundamentals for non-profit managers who are new to their jobs, have changed positions, want to start a non-profit, or hope to work in the field.  We cover the basics of strategic planning, grant writing, budgeting, marketing, board development, and fund development, with an emphasis on arts and cultural programs. A networking breakfast, lunch, and cocktail party will also be provided. Thanks to our sponsors, $20 covers the cost of the conference including the meals and cocktail party.
