Each week of our summer arts camp has a different theme!

Campers will explore ceramics, drawing, painting, photography, animation, dance, theater and more through hands-on projects!

You will find everything your child needs to fill those summer days with non-stop fun and activities all aligned with state VAPA standards.

Daily Kids Schedule:
9am - 12pm - art instruction
12pm - 1pm - lunch (campers bring their lunch)
1pm - pickup

No child care before or after camp.

Should a session fail to reach the minimum participants per session, class will be cancelled and tuition refunded.

Skip the wait on the first day of class by downloading and filling out your child's photo and medical release forms at home!

Please note: The Release form must be filled out and submitted on the first day of class.
This is in addition to the registration information entered during check out.

Reminder to Parents:

  • Please pack a small snack and lunch for your child.

  • Avoid easily perishable foods and glass containers, refrigeration of snacks not guaranteed, but available upon request.

  • Recommended two bottles of water, or a refillable water container each day.

  • Backpacks strongly recommended to keep art projects with your child as they go between classes.

  • Recommend comfortable, closed shoes, no flip-flops or sandals.

  • Some classes outdoors, recommend sunscreen and cool clothing.

To ensure the safety of students, in case of an earthquake or other emergency, we are requesting you pack a one day food supply, which we will store on-site for the duration of your child's M.A.S.C. experience. Packaging suggestions are: 1 large clear Ziploc bag with a 1 day supply of non-perishable food. Please have child's name, camp week(s), parents name & contact information, on the bag.

ON-SITE CLASS POLICIES AND SAFETY PROCEDURES (GUIDELINES SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

If class sessions are postponed due to Covid-19, students will have the option to apply their payment towards the postponed classes; apply their payment towards classes in a later session; or have their payment refunded.

All sessions have a 6 student minimum that must be met in order to run, if the minimum is not met, it will be unable to run and students will be refunded. Online signups are required.

In order to limit exposure, only those enrolled are permitted to enter the studios. Should accommodations need to be made, please contact bridgette@themuck.org

Upon entering the classroom students must wash hands, prior to exiting class students must wash hands. 

Classrooms will be set up in a manner which allows students to social distance.

All classroom doors will remain open during whole class time.

Please self check your own health - if you feel sick, a cold, cough, fever, please remain at home. We will happily work with a student who finds themselves in a situation where they need to self isolate. The health of our students and instructors are a priority! 

Students may not consume food in the classrooms or bring food to share.

We ask our students to please limit lingering and socializing after class.
